General Return Guidelines
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us at support@jinogprintshop.com within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
How to Request a Return
- Visit Your Orders Page: Log into your account on jinogprintshop.com and navigate to the Orders Page to request a return.
- Select the Items: Choose the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the return.
- Prepare the Return: Ensure the products are unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Return Handling Fees
- Standard Returns: A return handling fee of 50/- per item will be deducted from your refund unless the product is defective or a wrong item was sent.
- Free Returns: If you received a wrong or defective product, you will not be charged a return handling fee.
Conditions for Return
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
Products must be in unused condition, with all original tags and packaging.
- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or we made an error in the customization.
How to request Return
We do not accept returned products after 2 days of Delivery.

Receiving Your Refund
- Store Credit: Once your return is processed and approved, we will issue a store credit to your Jinog Print Shop Wallet equivalent to the value of the returned products.
- Bank Refund: For prepaid orders, you can opt for a refund back to your original payment method. This request must be made within 7 days of the return being processed for Approved refunds we will credit the refundable amount to you your original payment methord within 7-10 days.
Exchange Policy
- If you need to exchange an item (e.g., size change), you can follow the same steps as for a return. Once processed, you will receive store credit to place a new order.
What if I Received a Wrong or Defective Product?
- Notification: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@jinogprintshop.com with details of the issue.
- Self-Shipping Returns
- If your location is not supported for return pickups, you may need to self-ship the product to us. We will credit your account with $10 to cover shipping costs for defective or wrong products.

Items Not Eligible for Return
Due to hygiene and custom production reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom prints and personalized products.
- Face masks, mugs, phone cases, and other made-to-order products.
- Any product specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page.
Order Cancellations
- Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
- Refund for Canceled Orders: Prepaid orders will be refunded through the original payment method within 10 business days.
Limitations on Returns
- The same product cannot be returned more than twice. Abuse of the return policy may lead to refusal of future returns.
